• We expect a professional setup.
• All tents must be sturdy, framed tents. No extended tarps. All tents must be staked down properly and must be prepared to withstand strong winds.
• We encourage banners and yard signs. Please contact us about placing your banner at the entrance or on the street.

• Vendor spaces are close together. Please allow your space size to include room for serving windows, trailer tongue, trailer doors and customer access as needed.

• You must pickup your zip ties. Vendors must carry their own trash to the dumpster at the show. Do not put trash in the cans in front of your tent for our people to carry to the dumpster. If you do, it will cost you $25 per 20 feet of frontage. If all is clean and your boxes are not in the cans and the trash is picked up, your deposit will be refunded on Sunday after 4 pm.

• Can you setup early or late? Setup is on Thursday from 9am until 10pm. No Vendor can setup outside of these hours! You cannot park on the grounds the night before.
• Tear Down is ONLY after 3pm until 8pm on Sunday and on Monday from 8am until 12pm.
• Hours open to Vendors: Thursday 8am - 10pm. Friday 8am - 11pm. Saturday 8am - 11pm. Sunday 8am - 8pm. Monday 8am - 12pm.
• Hours Open to the Public: Friday 11am - 11pm, Saturday 9:am - 11pm, Sunday 9am - 3pm. Read below!
• You are required to have your vending space open during the hours open to the public unless otherwise noted by the promoter. By closing early you are violating the show’s Rules and Regulations and costing other vendors money.
• Vendor vehicles will not be permitted to enter or exit the gated event area during show hours.

• If you have a trailer included inside of your vending space, it is highly recommended to come early on Thursday so trailers can be positioned and unhooked.
• All trailers that are included inside of your vending space must fit inside your area including the trailer tongue.
• If you need access to your trailer doors, please include that area as part of your vending space on the app.

• We have a limited supply of spaces available with power. Power is not guaranteed by the promoter. Having a generator on stand by is highly recommended.

• There is parking for your vehicle behind or near your space.
• There are no power, water or sewer hookups for RVs or campers.

• Vendors must not sell pornographic material, alcohol, firearms or fireworks.
• No items with the event name or logo may be sold without prior approval in writing.

• All vendors and employees are required to have visible armbands on all times. They are only issued Thursday upon check in. They are not available for your friends and buddies to come see you at the show.
