After submitting your vendor application, please send an e-mail or call to confirm we have received it.   We have found that some apps submitted never reach us.  If we have received your app you will be contacted within three business days. Thank you. We look forward to doing business with you.

Cleanup deposit is $25 per 20 feet - See Rules and Regulations for details

Application & 50% deposit must be received to hold your space.

All spaces are 20 ft deep. How much frontage space do you need? Please check one!  

Pricing All spaces are 20 ft deep. Power is very limited (see below). Call for any space over 50ft.

Frontage: 10ft=$250; 20ft=$300; 30ft=$350; 40ft=$400; 50ft=$450 Space Deposit is 50% of your space fee.

For vendors to reserve their space for the next show they must pay a deposit of 50% after the show in order to reserve a space for the upcoming show.

We have a limited supply of spaces available with power. Power is not guaranteed. $25 for Electric

Power is limited and not guaranteed. Please be prepared to provide your own. Thank you.

By completing and submitting this form you agree to the following: I hereby agree to abide by all federal, state and city laws. I understand that I must carry my own insurance and that I am not covered by the promoter’s insurance. I will not hold the promoter liable for any accidents, theft, fire, acts of God or any damages whatsoever inside or around my vendor space of any kind. I agree to all rules and regulations set by the promoter and by the city and state. I agree to pay for the space amount listed above in full and understand that no refunds are given. I have read and fully understand the attached Rules and Regulations page.

Payment: No company or personal checks. Money orders, bank checks and PayPal ONLY. Make payable to Chris Anthony. Call for mailing address.

App & Deposit must be received to hold space.
